Lead Pastor
Pastor Ben Croston
Pastor Ben leads Deerfield Friends with a heart for people and a passion to see every person become a fully devoted follower of Christ. His preaching is grounded in Scripture, practical for everyday life, and delivered with genuine care for the congregation.
Ben is married to Emily and together they have three children — Isaac, Noah, and Katelyn. His family is deeply involved in church life and their love for the Deerfield community is evident in everything they do.

Associate / Youth Pastor
Chris Nidy
Chris leads Bedrock Youth with energy, creativity, and a genuine love for the next generation. He is passionate about creating a space where students feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired to grow in their faith.
Whether it is a Sunday night gathering, a service project, or a weekend retreat, Chris is committed to helping every student take their next step toward Jesus.

Amber Steiner
Amber keeps Deerfield Friends running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Administrative Assistant, she is often the first friendly voice you hear when you call the church and the person making sure everything is organized and ready to go each week.
Amber serves with a servant's heart and a smile, and her dedication to the church family makes a bigger impact than most people realize. Have a question? Amber is a great place to start.

Children's Ministry
Paula Hollender
Paula leads our children's ministry with joy, creativity, and a deep love for kids. She is committed to creating a safe, fun, and Gospel-centered environment where children can discover who Jesus is and grow in their faith from an early age.
Paula believes that laying a strong spiritual foundation in childhood shapes a lifetime of faith. Every Sunday she and her team work hard to make sure every child feels loved, engaged, and excited to be at church.

Alexis Baldwin
Alexis leads our congregation in worship each week with a heart focused entirely on glorifying God. Her gift for music and her passion for authentic, Spirit-filled worship creates an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus every Sunday.
Alexis believes that worship is more than music — it is a lifestyle of surrender and devotion that flows into every area of life.
